Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome upon arrival.
• Ovation and Excelsior: Up to 2 pets per unit, maximum dog weight 75 lbs.
• The Residences: Up to 2 pets per unit, cats only.
• Security deposit with a pet: $1,000
• Non-refundable one-time pet fee: $350 per unit
• Monthly pet rent: $45 per pet
